We all have that moment where, after a long week of work, we kick back and enjoy ourselves a bit too much, making the next day pretty much unbearable. No matter how good you think you are at drinking, hangovers do occur, and, as you get older, they get worse. Much, much worse. While there are some pretty easy ways to avoid the dreaded hangover (I’m not going to just not drink), it’s still helpful to know how to battle your body when it decides to turn against you.
